In the world of Dark Souls, there are few locales more dangerous than the Iron Keep. A massive fortress in a sea of molten iron, this fiery region is home to the territorial Alonne Knights and massive Ironclad Soldiers. Adventurers fortunate enough to overcome the attacks of these mighty enemies will face even greater challenges at the pinnacle of this iron stronghold.

The Iron Keep also adds Crystal Lizards to some of its encounters. These skittish creatures provide a unique twist on standard encounters - dispatch them before they escape, and you will obtain valuable weapon upgrade cards.
